Job Description:

- Review and understand open job positions

- Source and screen resumes for positions

- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates

- Screening of candidates through telephonic interviews

- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews

- Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers

- Plan and coordinate mass recruiting events, for instance recruitment drives, etc

Skills Required:

- Education Qualifications- Graduate Post Graduate preferably in Human Resources

- Effective Communication Skills

- Good interpersonal skills

- High on energy and zeal to learn
