- Will be responsible for Content Producers, Content Placement & Content Quality, crafting Website Promotions,    Email Marketing, and Other Online Outreach Campaigns.

- Promotion of the portal via Social Media (Facebook & Twitter), regular blogging & discussion groups to generate  exposure, publicity & sales.
- Ensure content becomes an effective means to acquire, engage and retain users, and generate significant word-of-  mouth and share ability on social media a target oriented approach is a must (user engagement, retention, organic    growth)
- Develop a differentiated content strategy with strong emphasis on visual content. Continuous evolvement of  strategy based on user feedback and competitor's reactions is a must
- Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that  advance the brand strategies
- Key focus on trying to plug any existing issues within the Organization as a whole
- Setting the democratic leadership tone for the organization
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
- Responsible for generating product descriptions, content for online and offline promotions, newsletters, e-mailers  and social media.
- Should be involved writing e-mails, working closely with the design teams to create newsletter content, etc. and  creating communication on behalf of the Lead Team members of the company.
