Role: Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Course Specialization: B.E./ B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering only)

Target Batch: 2017

Academic Eligibilty: 60% and above in 10th, 12th & Engineering

Desired experience: Fresher

Stipend: INR 15k Per month
Accommodation will be provided for a year. Those who are going to make their own arrangements for housing they will be provided Rs. 1800/month.

Role Description: The Apprenticeship Training Program in Thermax is designed to give an opportunity to the students to build their skills who have completed their Engineering course (BE/ B.Tech) and have NOT been placed in any organization. Aim to train them for a period of one year. The selected apprentices will be allocated to different Thermax businesses / functions / locations. They will be provided hands on experience which will enable them to become employable in the job market after one year.

Role Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in English while speaking is a must
- Should be street smart and must have strong interpersonal skills.
