The plant is spread across 8.65 acres and is strategically placed between Karnataka border and Goa. The plant has a capacity of 45 KLPD with a bottling hall of 2 lakh cases per month. Keeping in mind the corporate green responsibility, the plant is a state of the art, zero discharge multi pressure distillery. The ENA produced is of a high quality with a minimum strength of 96% for export and domestic purposes.

Job Description:

-Candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support.

-Greet, assist and/or direct, visitors and the general public.

-Answer all incoming calls and handle callers inquiries whenever possible.

-Handle EPBX , Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.

-Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and calls.

-Respond to client/customer inquiries.

-Perform clerical duties such as develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system.

-Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.

-Record keeping of all inward/outward post/documents/couriers.

-Manages confidential information and materials with discretion at all times.

Skills Required:

-Good communication skills.

-Should have a pleasing personality.
