Job Description:
-Handling Inbound International Voice calls
-Selling system/ software related available plans to US/UK based clients
-Document the calls to ensure all information is captured
-Maintaining secrecy of data
-Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process.

Skill Set Required:  
-This is a Technical Sales - voice process.
-Candidate will be responsible to resolve queries of customers Over phone in French language.
-Any graduate can apply.
-Candidate should have studied French language till B1 level or equivalent.
-Candidates who have done Advance Diploma in French language can also apply.
-Candidate should be comfortable with reading, writing and speaking in French.
-Comfortable to work in a 24x7 environment.
-Basic knowledge of computers , operating systems and computer hardware
