During Probation period: 7000 PM - 9000 PM
After probation Period : INR 1.5 LPA - 2 LPA

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Participate in compensation management, semi-annual incentive compensation payments.Provide financial and analytical support for the incentive compensation accounting and forecasting processes. Respond to ad-hoc projects related to incentive compensation program
-Assist with the new business process and working with Finance and Business Managers.
-Cash reconciliations, payment date accounting, monthly reporting and report production, daily modeling, analysis and reporting and financial Analysis.
-Responsible for the day- to-day general ledger accounting and reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas.
