7Med India is a patient centric organization catering the needs of renal failure patients through its Kidney Care Centres. 7Med India founded by young, passionate, and quality driven professionals. Having worked in different streams of healthcare arena especially in dialysis care we realized that current practice is highly unbalanced with severe knowledge shortage at patients end. Many not even knowing what is happening with them during the procedure or how the procedure would help them. This unbalance had a serious impact on patient's morbidity and mortality. Our objective is to create a platform where renal failure patients could not only get quality treatment and related procedure but shall become aware and knowledgeable about the procedures and key factors which might help them in living a healthy life on dialysis. With this idea 7Med India started its dialysis vertical and has been continuously growing since then.

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing financial policies of the organization
• Planning financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the organisation
• Monitor cash-flow of the organisation by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
• Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions
• Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources
• Preparing balance sheet, invoices, etc
• Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, etc.
• Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit is one of the key responsibility that should be included in finance executive job description
• Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments
• Supervising a team of accountants and finance clerks
• Monitor the economic and financial changes
• Assist in financial audits
• Performing regular financial analysis; resolving issues


Skill Set Required:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
