Designation: Field Verification Executive
Role: Field executives for various data gathering processes (its target driven, NON-SALES role)
Compensation:
- CTC Upto 1.8 LPA + Lucrative Incentives
- Mumbai - CTC Upto 2.07 LPA + Lucrative Incentives
- Incentives may be upto INR 50,000 PA
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for Data Collection in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for building long term relationships with real estate agents & builders in the assigned territory.
- Collect incremental information about data posted by Estate Agents & Builders and keep a tab on new developments in the territory.
- Tablets will be provided for data collection & real-time data syncing.
Skills Required:
- Candidates should be Presentable / have good Communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Photography & excel is an added advantage.
- Own conveyance is a must.
- Fluency in Local language mandatory.
Interview Process:
- Multiple Face to Face interview rounds.
