Job Description:

- Onboard potential partners and build business awar​e​ness about the organisation in the market.

- Interact and build business relationship with multiple driver partners on a day to daybasis.

- Liaison directly with clients for on-boarding and processing document.

- Travel widely across the city and discover and optimise on-boardings from various driver catchment areas or hotspots.

- Create and build a strong network among driver community

Skills Required:

- Fluency in Kannada and other regional languages.

- Strong sales and business communication.

- Ability to adapt to a hardcore field work and handle pressure.

- Co-ordinating with multiple teams for smooth operations.

- Customer obsession.

- Self motivated
