Job Description:
Candidate will be part of assessor recruitment team and ensure successful alignment & delivery for all clients. These clients will include government ministries & skill development authorities. He / She will also interact with the client on a regular basis.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with your network to source Assessors for the assigned Sector Skills Council
- Share the profile of Assessors with the Sector Skills Council and seek approval
- Coordinate with the Assessors to reach the venue on the day of assessments
- Ensure efficient execution of assessment by providing full support to the assessor
- Build deeper knowledge about the Sector Skills council operations scenarios and help in conducting assessments
- Prepare daily/Weekly/Monthly reports and share with reporting Manager

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (Sourcing/Recruitment).
- Graduate with excellent communication and analytical Skills
