Job Description and Skills Required:

Responsible for delivering an amazing experience to all customer through call centre, email and various other online and offline channels

- Work with various internal team to design and execute the customer service processes

- Good verbal & written communication and good telephonic conversation etiquette.

- Should have patience and excellent listening skills.

- Should have a go getter attitude, persuasiveness, and ready to take initiative.

- Should have high customer service orientation skills.
