Key Responsibilities:
• Making outbound calls to the customers who have raised queries regarding our services.
• Analyze customer's requirements regarding our services or Test prep products.
• Understanding the profile of the student in order to escalate the lead to the counselor.
• Adhere to the company's regulations and training while communicating with the parent/student.
