Job Description:-The position requires lot of co-ordination between various departments. Work responsibility would cover support in HR responsibilities, managing data etc. EA would have to perform all the clerical tasks with utmost responsibility and in pro-active manner.

Skill Set Required:-

- Experience into recruitment would be preferred.
- Managing the calendars of the CEO and VP of the firm.
- Managing the communication from various departments.
- Screening the calls and taking care of travel schedules of the CEO and VP.
- Take care of the documentation of the new joiners.
- Managing the events of the office – like quarterly parties and trips.
- Provide administrative support to the management.
- Should have knowledge of MS Office.
- Interpersonal skills and communication skills is a must.
