Job Description:

-Define, implement and maintain system and network/servers and application security policies and procedures.
-Maintain & Implement system/application operations policies and processes.
-Develop custom tools and implement automation of repetitive tasks.
-Hack solutions together using Open Source.
-Support highly available online sites help them scale up proactively.
-Communicate with clients to understand their exact problems, reproduce their issues and get them fixed utilizing skills in your team if needed.
-Strong troubleshooting skills via logs, performance monitoring and commandline system tools.
-Backups, Restorations & Mean Time To Repair planning, testing, validation and actual implementation.
-Solutions derived from common sense.

Skill Set Required:

-Should have knowledge of any of these : Apache,nginx,lighttpd,tomcat,resin,jetty,MySQL,Postfix,Squid,SVN,GIT,ssh,Wordpress,Magento,Django,Rails,zabbix,bind,PowerDNS,PostgreSQL,CentOS,Xen,PXE,Heartbeat-HA,VLANs,haproxy,redmine/RT4/SVN intermediate configuration,performance tuning, debugging and scripting skills.
