Job Description & Skill Set Required:

- Planning, Execution and Optimization of online marketing effort of organization.

- Role is for someone who loves finding loopholes and best ways to exploit technology/ digital platforms

- Proven skills in Digital Marketing that includes Market Analysis, Competitor Research, Content Development, PPC Campaign Management, SEO, Social Media Management and Email campaigns.

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc).

- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase website leads, app installs and brand awareness.

- Should have extensive knowledge of SEO to drive impressive organic traffic.

- Actively involve in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc).

- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website on day-to-day basis.

- Acquire insight in online/offline marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.

- Conduct lead generation assignments across various channels to identify key decision makers and influencers as prospective clients,

- Carrying out segmentation, test of the database and implementing re-marketing strategies.

- Strong analytics, Excel skills & communication skills

- Maintain open dialogue with management to coordinate activities and improve performance and productivity.

- Professional, high energy, self-starter

- Exemplary customer service and relationship management skills

- Ability to remain detail-oriented while working at a fast pace

- Proven ability to proactively develop client relationships utilizing cold call and outside selling techniques
