1-Knowledge on IMAP, POP3 account - Email Configuration,
Thunderbird, Outlook Mailing client configuration Knowledge.
2-OS Installation Knowledge - Windows 7/8/10.
3-Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, group policy,server,o365
Desktop & Laptop Hardware troubleshooting knowledge
Vendor Coordination for hardware failure.4-Installation of Standalone & Network Printer & Scanner
Wi-Fi configuration knowledge
5-Basic knowledge on iPad, iPhone & MAC book and mail configuration on them
6-Basic Network troubleshooting knowledge

2-Skill Set Required :

1Knowledge of CCNA, Hardware & Networking, MCSE
• Knowledge of computer science.
• Knowledge of software engineering.
• Background in IT.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask.
