Job Description:

- Responsible for convincing owners to partner with the company for managing his property

- Responsible for convincing PG owners/brokers running their buildings to partner with the company

- Signing agreements with owners and tenants

- Getting a house ready for move-in by coordinating all repair work

- Responsible for sourcing leads for vacant houses by engaging with property dealers

- Showing the vacant houses to potential tenants and converting such leads

- Facilitating tenant move-in

- Handling and resolving day to day maintenance issues in properties managed by the company

Skills Set Required:

- Fluent in Hindi

- Must have basic English communication skills, fluent in English is a big plus

- Must have an appetite for running around and getting things done

- Must be a hardcore sales guy who likes to talk to and convince people

- Should be agile as the role involves being on field for a reasonable amount of time

- Must have his own bike
