Job Description:

Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.

Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Handle all inbound/outbound inquiries.

Address client queries.

Follow up with clients.

Skills Required:

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Professional personal presentation.

Good Typing and Numeric key entry skills.

Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and Spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
