- Ability to use data and Key Performance metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses for performance optimizations.
- Maintaining detailed records, evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns to plan future campaigns.
- A creative approach to problem solving, Strong Excel Skills and proven competency in numeracy and logical reasoning.
- Making decisions on the best strategies for specific clients and campaigns.
- Good verbal and written communication & data presentation skills.
