Job Description:
- Graduate passed with minimum 1 months experience into chat process
- Assist customers with sales process to ensure the direction of clients sale cycle
- Handling and solving Customer problems through chat while assessing client specific tools
Skills Required:
- Good Analytical and Communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Good command over verbal & written English.
- Candidates with E-commerce knowledge will be preferred.
