Job Description:
Responsibilities and skills for Customer Support Executive:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Manage Email Process- Payment, Refunds, Cancellation etc.
• Responsible to provide timely & effective resolutions to customers through emails, chat, etc.
• Knowledge of payments and fintech would be a plus.
