Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-We are looking for customer-centric executives who can :
-Receive inbound calls and assist our customer in creating orders
-Co-ordinate with our warehouse team in executing orders
-Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operation
-Respond to emails within designated SLAs
-Work with the warehouse and order processing team to clear occasional operational bottlenecks.
-Experience in sales or customer service
-Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements.
-Strong attention to details, possessing a sales aptitude and interested in preventing errors and solving problems.
