Job Description:

Core responsibility
- Order taking via whatsapp and updating those orders to our backend system
- Attending to customer queries via whatsapp
- Attending customer calls
- Crisis management - should be able to handle customer complaints and resolve.

Overall
- Very fluent in English - need to be well spoken
- Fluent in technical knowledge
