Job Description:
- Handling the inbound calls of customers related to queries, complaints, technical issues, etc
- Giving proper resolution to the call
- Being updated with the latest information
- Giving proper communication for all the calls
Skill set Required:
- Should have Good verbal communication skills
- Should be fluent in English and Kannada or Hindi
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Freshers and Experienced are welcomed
- Work location – Richmond Road, Bangalore
- Should be flexible to do rotational shifts
