Internship Period: 6 months *with a possibility for PPO
Salary: Fixed: INR 7000 per month
Variable: INR 8000 per month(Based on performance)
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Should be passionate about customer success and be able to understand and analyze consumer insights.
- Should have high level of ownership with daily tasks including – Patient Interviews, NPS Metrics, Unresolved Complaint Resolution, Dis-enrollment Risk Management, Patient Counselling for Renewal, Dashboard Monitoring, Daily MIS, Referral Program
