Job Description:

Candidate need to help customers over CHAT & Email in resolving issues related to their orders and accounts for some of the world's largest e-commerce companies.

Skill Set Required:

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

- Command over written English.

- Should be able to commute to Noida for work.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Knowledge of computer, internet, e-commerce.

- Work in 24*7 shifts.

- Should be okay working 6 days a week with rotational offs.
