Job Description:
Candidate will be required to manage both inbound and outbound calls from/to customers of Rupicard. Should have good communication skills and be conversant in English and Hindi. If anybody is conversant with Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, that is a plus.
Skill set required:
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Care Representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
