Key Responsibilities:

1.Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company

Taking inbound calls.
• Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
• Adhering to quality standards and processes
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation

2 Manage Live Chat/Whatsapp of the company
3 Understand Word Processing with Microsoft Word. Spreadsheet application with Microsoft excel and understand data Applications with Microsoft access.
4 Enter and update customer information in the database and internal systems
5 Daily Reporting and Data Management on Excel
6. Data Management
7. Pulling out reports from CRM
8. Understand the backend systems
