Job Description:

- Respond to customer Emails and messaging across all channels like Amazon, own website, Facebook, Instagram, etc

- Inbound and outbound calling

- Creating processes and templates for responses

- Understand customer issues and resolve them by coordinating with warehouses. Ensure regular fulfillment of orders without any delays.

Desired Skills:

- Basic Excel Skills

- Fluent written & spoken English. Fluency in Hindi and Kannada will be preferred.

- Patience and calm demeanor

- Result oriented approach to problems. Comfortable using computers and customer support tools.
