Job Descriptions:

-Interact with the customer on the scientific aspects to create awareness, build relationship and leave an impact about of customer centric services, branding and diet process flow with their endeavour and focus to convert them to enrol in our services. CRE will play a crucial role in the preventive healthcare industry by creating awareness and also enhancing the revenue with new and old customer.

-Follow up of Enquiries from various sources like Local Search Engines like (Just Dial), Advertisements, Sales & Promotion Activities, etc

-Following the sales path way to ensure Client on-boarding process is smooth and pleasant for the clients

-Take appointments and handle customer enquiries.

-Ensuring all sales commitments made to the client are completely fulfilled

-Keeping a follow up with the client throughout the sales tenure

-Prepare MIS Report and Sales Data

- Co-ordinate with Sales and Corporate Team for Lead Generation

-Data Analysis


Skill Set Required:

-Good command on spoken and written English and Hindi

-Knowledge of sales and relationship building process

-Passion for excellence and should be a team player

-Prior experience in end to end sales process an advantage

-Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines

-Excellent interpersonal skill

-Proficient with computers including word, excel and PowerPoint

-Committed, enthusiastic team player

-Winners attitude
