Job Description:

Train and work on internal CRM system

Engage with existing customers & potential customers who have reached out to us. No cold-calling.

Handle customer queries, feedback, and problem resolution through calls or emails.

Handling & Managing Social Media & Website –queries from FB, Twitter, etc.

Managing the organisations Social Media accounts ensuring all copy is relevant for the different platforms.

Managing the content diary for social media content.

Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advising on new channels and approaches to adopt.

Monitoring social media for company mentions and engaging with customers where relevant.

Helping customers to make informed decisions by understanding their buying scenario.

Explain the product features & use cases to educated & HNI customers.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of MS Office

Communication- language English. Fluency in written and spoken English.

Candidate should be able to clearly decipher issues from customer’s emails, chats, phone conversations.

Candidate should be able to draft appropriate response.

Candidate should be able to lead, facilitate inter-team communication.

Candidate should be a happy person ( We as a company give extremely high weightage to this criteria).
