Job Description and Skill Set Required:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Writing emails and making calls to customers
- Responsible to understand the customer requirements
- Gather customer information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
- Able to handle conflict situation with confidence
- Identify and escalate priority issues as per Client specifications
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
- Should have willing to work 7 days in week (will paid extra)
Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
- Effective listening skills
- Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good
