Job Description & Skill Set Required:
Key Responsibility
- Assist US customers on their queries during India day hours.
- Assist International Sales Team in arranging Product Demos
- Assist US Client Servicing Team (Night Shift Team) on their  ongoing internal coordination during day time with different teams
- Assist China Client Servicing Team in their day to day queries.
- Maintain proper communication and coordination with several internal teams
- Prepare weekly MIS for client/ internal management

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication and analytical Skills
- Good operational knowledge of MS-Excel will be a plus point.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skill
- High level of integrity and work ethic
