- Must be good in Core PHP, CodeIgniter (MVC frameworks), MSSQL Server, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS

- Must have knowledge of RDBMS, OOPS, Web Services, Source code control & management

- Interact with client and team leads to understand the requirements

- Estimate efforts for modules and features

- Program based on client requirements

- Unit test the developed modules

- Troubleshoot bugs and fix them
