We are an on demand home services provider aiming to bring happiness to our customers’ homes by taking care of all their household needs. We will be providing services such as Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Home Appliance repairs and Gadget repair to customers through a mobile app, website and call centre based ecosystem.
The company has been founded by Gaurav Shrishrimal (IIT Kanpur) and Snehanshu Gandhi (IIT Bombay, ISB Hyderabad)

Job Description:
-They will be required to take booking requests coming from inbound calls. Understand customer’s service requirements and make a booking accordingly. They will be required to note down the customer’s service request details in the CRM interface provided to them.
-They will be required to answer the inbound query calls and explain to the customer about our company’s offerings and try to convert them into customers
-They will be required to answer inbound grievance calls and address the customer’s concerns or generate a ticket for them to followup later
-They will be required to make outbound calls to coordinate with our technicians and customers
Skills Required:
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent listeners. They should be able to listen to the customer’s request, query or grievances and understand what they need and address it accordingly
-Good convincing skills. They should be able to convince the customer to avail the service
-Good familiarity with computer systems
-Good quantitative capabilities. They should be able to understand basic maths & numbers
-Fast learners. They should be able to quickly learn on the job and handle the customers accordingly
