Job Description:
- Managing the office and conducting site visits for walk-ins or planned tours
- Management of community and communications with them
- Office administration, supplies etc
- Lead generation through cold calling
- Database acquisition, sorting, management
- Marketing Comm
- Sending out e-mailers
- Social media posts
- Maintain booking calendars
- Prepare monthly client invoices
- Basic accounting and filing
- Planning events etc as and when needed

Skill Set Required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Very good written communication skills in English
- Candidate will demonstrate advanced conversational ability with a naturally positive,likeable demeanor.
- The candidates personality will be that of an outgoing, vivacious person who enjoys life
- Problem solving ability exemplified in discussions of candidates previous experience
- Ability to work unsupervised
