Global Operations is a specialist function within Kantar, the data investment management division of WPP, a FTSE 100 and NASDAQ listed company. Kantar is one of the world's largest insight, information and consultancy groups, employing over 28,500 employees.

The goal of the operations function is to create world class operational solutions that meet the client need for faster turnaround, reduced costs, global consistency and data quality when buying market research. The operations function comprises technical experts across India, UK, North America and Amsterdam. Our high performing Global Delivery Centre in India employs over 1000 staff and offers a full range of research services to Kantar's research businesses, including: scripting, coding, data processing, project management, charting, report writing, marketing science and media intelligence.

The Global Delivery Centre provides services to internal partners from 3 locations in India - Gurgaon, Pune and Hyderabad. Job Description:

-Understand and comprehend verbatim of survey and assign appropriate codes based on a code frame available

-Read, Analyse and Code Responses

-Projects can be simple/combinational or complex in nature

-Should be in a position to execute level 1 & 2 ad-hoc tracking projects as per client specifications and timelines with minimal assistance

-Individually deliver required number of billed hours as prescribed in the KO India policy

-Deliver jobs to acceptable quality as prescribed in the KO Policy

-Adhere to process and documentation required as per KO Standards
