Job Description:
-Handling and directing sales enquiries
-Nurturing incoming calls and leads into prospective clients.
-Making outbound calls to prospects
-Managing customer queries on our online chat system
-Liaising with third party agencies to identify and collate leads and prospect lists
-Creating new business proposals & presentations
-Meet new clients at their locations and convert them through sales pitches and presentations.
-Working with the marketing team, identifying and evaluating new business opportunities across Industries
-Researching and analysing prospects
-Communicating internally to brief colleagues on opportunities and pipeline status
-Updating and managing sales reports on a monthly basis.
-Maintaining accurate records on our cloud-based CRM system
-Supporting business development through active lead nurturing and developing prospect relationships
-Supporting business development through coordination of activity with operations and product teams
