Job Description:
- Should be able to handle all client related communications including understanding of the brief, planning and communicating it to the internal team, delivering on the commitment as per the agreed timelines, be available for all client related interactions, etc.
- Engage in Customer Retention, Renewal & Customer Delight initiatives.
- Gathering Client's Business requirements, planning, execution by communicating and collaborating with multiple client side and Client Servicing Manager internally
- Ensuring the quality delivery of the project as per the timelines
- Should be able to assist marketing strategy, brand development.
- Work with the team to develop and plan the creative strategy with the relevant stakeholders
- Managing the clients and Maintain good relation with the existing clients
- Map potential new business opportunities with potential clients; Identify opportunity pipeline to help generate additional revenue from existing client base.
- Day-to-Day update and managing client assets (like websites, social media channels, Mobile Apps, etc.)
- Driving activities internally with Development and UI teams as per client requirement
Skill Set Required:
- Sound understanding of marketing and digital concepts, with knowledge of latest trends
- Should be proficient in written and oral communication
- Should be a confident presenter with competence in MS-PowerPoint
- Should possess high planning & execution skills
- Should be a team player, and Positive - will do attitude
