Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Building long term relationship with customers and clients.
- Adressing customers concerns and complaints.
- Regular followups and coordination with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
- Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Assist and coordinate with sales team to get lead close..
- To convert all online / offline leads by calling and managing leads coming through social media.
- Follow up and Getting in touch with inactive clients/customers in database.
- Posting of rentals from different sources Online and verifying the details.
