Job Description:

-Responsible for managing and proactively developing the ongoing, overall client relationship with existing client

-Responsible for all client communication, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue

-Responsible for client billing set-up and ensure billing accurately meets contractual obligations

-Developing and maintaining strong client relationship

-Foster effective client relationships and vendor management

-Ideation and Concept Selling

-Analyze service briefs to prepare briefs for creative development

-Coordination & management of Manpower
