Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Analyze data sets to extract actionable insights that will help drive sales, retention and decisions across business units
- Own responsibility for generating and presenting analytics and KPIs for the business
- Work closely with marketing to translate insights into measurable marketing campaigns across mediums
- Build and manage a sophisticated dashboard using existing tools like Chartio, Mixpanel and Google Analytics to provide real-time metrics to the company
- Partner with Finance to forecast our costs and margins on a weekly and monthly basis
- Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to assist with database design and schema and ensure data integrity
- Work closely with the lead Business Development Manager to identify gaps and achieve accelerated growth goals.
- Propose ideas to improve efficiency and profitability
- Perform various ad hoc analysis in support of the company’s growth
