Job Description:

- Identification of key accounts (hospitals, nursing homes, birthing centers etc.) for establishing partnerships for Babyshield within the assigned region

-To come up with a strategy to establish and manage the account and set objectives (enrolments, account growth plan etc.) with guidance from Lifecell management

- Development of key accounts through interaction with top management, heads of administration, medical departments, medical superintendents etc. to promote Babyshield

- Closure of key accounts by entering into a formal agreement (Memorandum of Understanding, MoU) with the concerned organization

- Ensure performance and sustainable inflow of enrolments from established key accounts

- To maintain relationships with key accounts and negotiate contractual terms and conditions in accordance with the overall sales strategy

- Liaison with key internal departments such as Logistics, FAA, operations and marketing to ensure smooth, timely, efficient and streamlined flow of activities

- To manage the practical organization of the sales & logistics process such as sample collection, reporting, interaction with parents, doctors, payments from hospitals etc. and coordination of customer service

- To carry out continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the account

- To provide feedback from the market and apprise the management regularly on market trends, competition, competitive gaps, growth drivers, new opportunities within the realm of the service

- Maintenance and growth of established accounts through regular follow-up meetings, organization of CMEs, workshops and other events and training activities
