Shift Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM (Mon-Friday), 5 days

Job Description and Skills Required:

- The candidate would be responsible for identifying new sales leads

- Screen all leads for accreditation eligibility before contacting the business.

- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.

- Working with and expanding current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.

Skills Required:

- Should be good knowledge of technical skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers is a must.

- Highly energetic and self-starter

- Excellent telephone sales personality skills

- Must be able to work in a team.

- Strong zeal to make the career in international IT based industry.

- Candidates with International BPO experience may also apply.

- Multiple rounds of face to face interview
