Our core products are virtual accounting & virtual CFO, wherein under virtual accounting we offer complete financial, compliances and tax advisory services. As a Virtual CFO, we do complete financial structuring of firms, setting up finance processes, data analysis to help our clients in better business decision making.

Starters’ CFO is looking for result driven Business Development associate who can actively seek new opportunities and partners to drive business growth. An enterprising person who loves to talk and understand business needs.

Desired Experience: 0-2 Years

Salary: INR 5 LPA to INR 6 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization: MBA, B.Com (H)

Probation/Training Period: 3 Months

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Attending events, seminars and conferences to drive business and partnerships
- Establishing strategic alliances and partnerships in the ecosystem
- Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, products and services
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Planning and preparing presentations
- Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:
- Excellent operating of MS Office
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Business Intelligence
- Basic computer skills
- Research and Strategy
