Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
-Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
-Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
-Get prospects/leads from the marketing team and convert them into paying clients
-Develop the indirect sales channels
-Pitch the product to prospects and provide the product demo
-Analyze client requirements, meet potential customers, negotiate on price and close the sale
-Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
-Report on sales metrics, forecast/ commits, churn & other key sales metrics
-Understanding of SaaS based solutions
-Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and presentation skills
-Strong negotiation skills
-Excellent problem solving ability
-Ability to collaborate with stakeholders; multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to manage time well and perform under deadlines in a process-oriented environment
-Structured thinking and attention to details
-Entrepreneurial mindset with never give up attitude
