Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Working with Study Abroad Agents , Education Consultants
- Capable of conducting impressive presentations for clients based on their needs and requirements. 
- Has represented universities or worked for International universities
- Prepare proposals for clients.
- Budgeting and forecasting company sales targets and profitably.
- Manage and be responsible for the sales and marketing team, their performance, schedules, and sales achievements. 
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to design, implement, analyze and deploy new business processes 
- Manage partner relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships 
- Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings Skills.

Skills, knowledge and competencies:

- Good knowledge of Indian markets and a strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements. 
- Knowledge of ERP software ESSENTIAL 
- Solid technical background, sound IT terminology. 
- Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities 
- Demonstrated results in meeting Sales quotas/Business Development goals 
- Influential team player, with leadership skills and an ability to drive sales team to target achievement. 
- Confident, resilient and presentable with experience in training and staff development.

- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Good Analytical and counseling skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
