Job Description:

We are hiring Business Development Manager who is liable for global business development and lead generation for:

-Website Development

-PHP & Open Source App Development

-Mobile Apps Development

-Digital Marketing

-Candidate should have min 2 years of experience in Opportunity Creation:

-Preparing and pitching product demos

-Strong target achieving track record required

-Must have experience of global IT Lead Generation & client management

-Bid Management on various IT Outsourcing Portals

-Excellent in Biding Process, interfacing with diverse teams and converting leads into winning deals.

-Preparing proposals for RFPs(request for proposal) and RFIs (request for information)and SoWs (statement of work)

-Should possess excellent communication & analytical skills, dealing with clients

-Knowledge in understanding and proposing different technologies across various platforms.

-Working efficiently with internal groups such as subject matter experts, tests, delivery, finance (project budget) etc

-Knowledge in understanding and proposing different technologies across various platform

-Ability to Multitask and work under deadlines.

Communication

-Convert account activities to prospects.

-Develop/update sales literature with marketing team.

-Accountable for direct marketing to new business prospects.

-Enhance the agency website with case studies and other creative samples.

-Responsible for PR, social media and event activity that enhances agency profile, credibility and presence.
