Awarathon is a first-of-its-kind cloud-based platform, which helps organisation in measuring and enhancing the effectiveness of training.

With the infusion of data analytics in a classroom setting, we wish to ensure that each and every training session conducted by your organisation is made highly effective. This will not only lead to considerable savings of costs and efforts but also ensure a highly effective and knowledgeable work force.

Since its launch, the Awarathon Platform, has seen extensive usage by various brands (including OPPO Phones, Coffee by Di Bella, The Sassy Spoon, Wockhardt Limited, Bombay Stock Exchange, etc.). We have been able to provide concrete analysis for designing optimal Training Plans, optimising classroom composition, identify user specific training needs, etc. all with the purpose of improving the return of investment on each training session.

Salary Details: INR 4 LPA - 5 LPA + 10-15% Variables (based on their performance in interview and experience final CTC would be offered)

Job Description:

-Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
-Liaise with back-end teams/systems to ensure timely and accurate receipt of data.
-Ensure timely renewal intimation to all stakeholders (internal/external).
-Research on markets and industries in which we can make our presence.
-Effective negotiation and persuasion to safeguard the identified revenue base.
-Offerings value added propositions by means of upsell and cross sell across the offering.
-Ensure running of successful POC.
-Follow through to closure, the renewal order process with the customer in conjunction with backend support teams.
-Strong in client connection and client services
-Ability to create comprehensive presentations to pitch to clients

Skill Set Required:

-Knowledge of Telecom Products & Services
-Knowledge of MS Office
-Good communication and presentation skills
