Roles & Responsibilities:

•Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell our services
•Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers to promote customer retention
•Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by actively following up with leads and closing sales
•Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
•Record and maintain customer data and sales records in the company database
•Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers

Skill Set Required:

•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•Ability to persuade and influence customers to make a purchase
•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers
•Good time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
•Willingness to work in a target-driven environment and achieve sales goals
